On July 19, K-water held a ceremony for the labor ? management pledge to practice eco-friendly living, aimed at reducing the use of disposable products at workplaces and spreading the eco-friendly living culture. The written oath signed by the labor and management of K-water contains details for implementing the Ministry of Environment’s “guideline to reduce the use of disposable products in the public sector.” K-water also added the internal practice items to establish a paperless meeting and use dryers instead of paper towels in bathrooms. The company also plans to collect written oaths from all employees through the computer network and promote regular inspection to ensure company-wide implementation of eco-friendly living.
