K-water took part in the “2018 Tap Water Festival” at Gwanghwamun Square in Jung-gu, Seoul on August 25 to inform people of the superiority of tap water. Sponsored by the Citizen’s Network for Tap Water and with the support of the Ministry of Environment, K-water, and the city of Seoul, the event sought to improve awareness of tap water and promote drinking tap water. K-water reached out to elementary and middle school students through the ‘water science experience education’ and held various experience events with residents. K-water CEO Lee Hak-su commented, “K-water will strive to provide clean tap water and improve tap water dependence.”
