Global social contribution

• As a global water specialist, since 2006, K-water has strived to create a “World Happier through Water”by developing town waterworks facilities and supporting residential activities for people all across the world including Cambodia, Mongolia, Vietnam, Philippines, and Laos suffering from a lack of water.
• K-water has conducted global social contribution activities by dispatching 240 volunteers to 8 countries, including Cambodia, Vietnam, Philippines and Laos, until 2012. In 2013, the company sent 4 teams/52 people to 2 villages in Chitwan, Naraniyagu in Nepal and 2 villages in Khammouan Setbangpai in Laos to do repair and construction of village waterworks and public facilities, thus actively participating in global water problem. In 2012, the company was recognized for such efforts and received Happiness sharing Award in global sharing area hosted by the Ministry of Public Health and Welfare
• Local residents received clean water by K-water global social contribution. As well, children fostered dream and hope. K-water will actively participate in global water problem solutions as a global water specialty company by continuously implementing global social contribution.
