K-water Achieves Grade S for the Second Consecutive Year in Customer Satisfaction Level.

K-water received the highest grade for the second consecutive year in the PCSI (Public-service Customer Satisfaction Index) survey conducted by the Ministry of Strategy and Finance. The PCSI survey is carried out annually to customers who have used services of public institutions to improve the service quality. This year, 232 public institutions were evaluated through the survey. K-water has been committed to putting social values into action by pursuing a “consumer-oriented water welfare service,” relieving the inconveniences of residents through the stable supply of clean tap water to areas with limited access to water (Sejong and some areas in Chungcheongnam-do, etc.) due to absence of waterworks and expanding the coverage of water tariff reduction to multi-child families and families with disabled members. K-water CEO Lee Hak-soo said, "K-water will do its best to make ‘a happier Korea with water’ by continuing in its efforts to communicate with people and realize social values for customer satisfaction.”
