K-water formed the 6th Planning and Reviewing Committee to be in charge of the planning and reviewing of the technology tendering business as ordered by K-water for the next year. Technology tendering is a bidding method applied to large-scale construction requiring over 30 billion won or construction requiring high technical difficulty, and the 6th Planning and Reviewing Committee is divided into the eight departments of water resources, environment landscaping, smart technology, basic soil quality, engineering works, engineering construction, road traffic, and machinery electric communication. The committee is comprised of 70 members including K-water employees and outside specialists. The integrity training and workshop was held on August 27 at the Daedeok-gu, Daejeon headquarters to heighten transparency and fairness of the Planning Committee.
